I dont know if these items are aready included in the r1e-c1 ,but just for clarification : Plase insert the following customizations to the ebay offer too:

It should not change the price, since all these items are marked as **FREE** in the customizing tool. Maybe they got lost due to copy/paste.

I got my laptop today (bought through Ebay http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...m=320414559995). I looked at the DVD drive. It says 'DVD Multi Recorder RW'. I ordered a Blue Ray DVD. I believe this is the wrong order. I believe you have made a mistake with my order.

Also there is no Windows 7 upgrade coupon as you have advertised.
I have just got an Asus user manual, Express Gate manual, ASUS Eee stick quick start guide, warranty card, ASUS warranty card, ASUS recovery DVD, Eee stick DVD, a G601/G51 DVD, Cyberlink Power 2Go CD.
Also Razerzone mouse in box, 2 x Eee stick controllers, A power adaptor, 6 cell battery with battery notice, ASUS USB drive, a cleaning cloth - and 4 x AA batteries

What do I do now? I am not sure if you have sent me the correct laptop. I also paid for Raid Stripe.

If it was a BluRay - I am assuming there would be the Bluray sign on the outside of the DVD drive. There isn't one. I have taken photos of it and sent them by reply email to the AOL address sent to me before.
Also, there is no purchase documentation - just the stickers on the delivery box.

I would not be liable for shipping costs if I have been sent the wrong item (the wrong DVD). Please advise me soon.

according to your work sheet everything was included as advertised. the optical drive always says dvdrw. it will never say bl-ray even if it is blu-ray. Your work order clearly got signed off under every part and was inspected prior to departing. vist aupgrade coupon is found by googling "asus windows 7 upgrade coupon" or by visitin asus.com.
